PUT /api/v2/documents/uploads/{token} — §6B step two.
Unauthenticated and capability-gated. See the module docstring and
documents/signing.py: the grant names one upload, for one purpose, inside
one isolation tuple, for thirty minutes, and it was minted only after a
credentialed caller passed both the scope check and the credit gate. It
creates nothing — the upload becomes a Document only when an authorised
caller confirms it.
The raw body is the file. No multipart, no field name, no metadata: this endpoint exists so a client can stream bytes at a URL, and every additional thing it parses is another thing an unauthenticated caller can reach.
No API key. Upload-grant redemption (§6 mode B). The signed token in the path is the credential; it names one upload, one purpose and one isolation tuple, and is checked again on redemption.
